  2. Diamond saw is a cutting tool that is widely used in stone, ceramics and other brittle materials processing. diamond saw blade consists of two parts; substrate and tip. Head substrate is bonded portion of the main support, the head is in the course of the part from the cutting, head are constantly in use and consumed, and the base body is not, since the cutting head is able to the role because it contains diamond, diamond as the most rigid material, which cut the tip friction object to be processed.

  3. My friend worked cutting tile a few years ago and they used a similar blade to this one. Are they just about the same? I know that they both are considered "diamond blades." It's pretty messy work, but from what I hear, really gratifying.

  4. So there's different shaped saw blades for different jobs? These saw blade parts must have to be super tough to hold up against concrete all day. Do they ever need to be sharpened after extended use?

  5. I understand that diamond is one of the hardest substances to we know of and work with. I just think it is funny that we use something we consider very precious to cut and shape something we don't in as high a value. Though if it does the job the best then I guess it works.
