Diamond blades is very important for designed to diamond

Diamond saw blades usually have rectangular teeth (segmented) containing diamond crystals embedded in the entire segment of grinding through very hard materials. There are many methods to fix the diamond at the base of the saw blade. A common method is the sintering of the mixture of diamond and metal powders are formed in the cutting edges of the sheet. Diamond segments, diamond blades produced and can be called sintered metal bonded diamond discs. Other methods include electroplating, vacuum welding, and extrusion and so on.

Galvanized diamond knife, Diamonds are electroplated onto the base sheet metal. The thickness of the sheet may be in the tens of microns and can be used in accurate cuts.

Vacuum brazed diamond knife, synthetic diamond particles are welded to the outside of the circular saw blade through a vacuum brazing furnace. All diamond particles are in the forefront of the outer sheet, without any mixture of metal / diamond. Depending on the blade manufacturers recommend the application, vacuum brazed blades cut a wide variety of material ranging from concrete to masonry, materials such as stone and brick, steel, different plates, even plastic, tiles, wood and glass.

Small synthetic diamonds finer grains provide a smoother finish, without jumping on the tile or steel burrs. Large diamond grains provide greater cutting speed, but are likely to cause chipping, burrs or cracking of the material. Fire departments require the leaves was done with a big grain of diamond, to break through the material fast, while a compromise is required for the production industry.

Metal-bonded diamond sintered sheet, a sheet of this type consists of a steel base and diamond segments are made by combining synthetic diamond crystals with metal powder and then sintering between them. The diamond segments are also known as the "cutting teeth" of the blade.

The steel core may vary in design. Some of them have spaces between each segment to provide a cooling and removal of the suspension, whereas others have a single continuous edge for smoother without cutting chips. The type of core that can be used depends on the type of materials that the diamond blade is designed to cut.

In general, three types of sintered metal bonded diamond blades according to their methods of construction: the fully sintered diamond blades, silver welded diamond blades and diamond blades laser welded.
